| WHAT ARE THE PROCESSES TO BE TAKEN DURING THE CHECK-UP? Although it varies according to the program to be determined and the tests to be performed, the detailed physical examination and final interview to be made by the physician during the Check-Up; It is done to give direction to the tests to be applied, to make the necessary consultation decisions, to evaluate the results and to form recommendations. With blood tests, the metabolic, hormonal, hematological status of the person and how the organs work are also determined. X-ray and ultrasonographic examinations come at the beginning of radiological examinations. If necessary, tests using advanced technology are added. In function tests, the efficiency of the heart and respiratory system is measured. |
| HOW LONG DOES THE CHECK-UP TAKE? Outpatient Check-Up procedures are usually completed within half a day and the results are ready on the same day. However, more detailed examinations are delivered to the person the next day. BEFORE CHECK-UP DAY; Please do not eat anything in the last 12 hours! Some drugs, herbal treatments and antioxidants such as Vitamin C are effective on blood sugar and metabolic values. Take only the vital medicines you use regularly. Cut out alcohol and caffeine at least one day in advance. Pay attention to your diet for the last 3 days. Eat more vegetable-based foods. Avoid animal products and meat. Do not do sports activities that will force your body in the last 1 day. For our female guests, if there is any suspicion of pregnancy, they should definitely notify us. If an effort test is to be made, it is better to have suitable shoes and clothes. |
